Dr. Ramiro Martinez The Department of Criminology and Justice Studies is pleased to announce the very timely presentation, Does More Immigration Mean More Crime?. Our guest speaker, Dr. Ramiro Martinez, Professor at Northeastern University's School of Criminology and Criminal Justice and the Department of Sociology, will be discussing the myths and realities connected to immigrants and criminal offending in the United States. A question and answer will follow. Light refreshments will be served.
