Bruce Lisker

In 1983, Bruce Lisker (website) was just 17 years old when he was arrested, tried and convicted for the brutal murder of his mother.

In 2009, after he’d been incarcerated for 26 years, a federal court ordered his immediate release due, in part, to the efforts of Lieutenant Jim Gavin of the LAPD, who put his career on the line to find the truth.

Please join us for a very special evening as both men share their experiences and the untold story of an innocent man, wrongly convicted.Lieutenant Jim Gavin, LAPD
