About the Creatives Panel

Tynisha Lewis (Moderator) Bio:

TyNisha "Ty" Lewis is the current Records Management Coordinator at Warner Media. As a former homeless youth and first-generation graduate, Ty earned a bachelor's in Journalism and Public Relations from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) in 2018. While minoring in Africana Studies, she was hired as a student writer for the CSUN Marketing and Communications Department and also served as the Publicity Intern for WBTV. She has helped launch and develop local professional community organizations Real To Reel Global, The Empower Her Project and Sista's Of LA (SOLA) while supporting creatives and students in her free time.

Sean Ev

Sean Ev, Recording artist/songwriter & brand owner from Hawthorne Ca. Father is originally from Watts, California & Mother from Monroe Louisiana. Sean Graduated from CSUN in 2020 receiving a BA in communication studies after switching majors from Business Marketing. Following his artistry Sean has worked closely with Victor Burnett II, president of Evgle LLC home of Los Angeles own recording artist "Blxst". He has also worked with other artist such as, Casey Veggies, Buddy, Huey Briss, Jay Millian Eric Bellinger , 1500 sound academy & more! Sean also has an outreach program that services homelessness with food, clothing and water.

Tonya McKenzie

Tonya McKenzie, founder of Sand & Shores, is an international speaker, public relations professional, author, and civil servant. Tonya is a Los Angeles County Commissioner of Alcohol and Other Drugs. She is a master storyteller at the intersection of communications and leadership. Tonya consults nonprofit and civic organizations and their leadership to help them tell their story, elevate their brand awareness, and build a strong reputation in the media. Tonya hosts the top-100 leadership podcast, Leaders & Learners, and is the co-host of My Morning Coffee Podcast.

Tonya McKenzie was the first African American woman elected to the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors, and first Black president of the North Redondo Beach Business Association. She is the only Black Redondo Beach Woman of the Year (2021). She serves on the City of Redondo Beach GPAC (General Plan Advisory Council), is Vice president of the Black Public Relations Society – Los Angeles, and serves on the Advisory Council for Better Youth.

Tonya McKenzie can be found highlighted in the pages of Amazing Moms: Parents of the 21st Century. She is the author of a memoir titled, A Child's Memories of Cartoons and Murder. Tonya has been married for over 20 years, and has four kids, including a set of twins.

Micah Bijon Vaultz

Micah Bijon Vaultz, a.k.a. Disney Daddy, is a multidisciplinary artist from South Central, California who has made a name for himself in the music and film industry. He earned his degree at CSUN 2015 in Psychology. He is a songwriter, singer, rapper, producer, actor, and creator. Growing up, he was exposed to the vibrant culture of the city, which would later inspire his music and films. His first song was recorded in the Oviatt's Library, being the first student to record in it. His music is heavily influenced by poetry, energy and cinema. Themes such as black psychology, self-improvement, time management, and love are likely found at the core. Micah has worked with some of the industry's best such as Kanye West, Odd Future, Steve Lacy, Brockhampton, and brands such as Disney, Dos Equis, Apple and more. But tonight its all about the students and faculty/staff at CSUN.

Brittni Dixon

Brittni Dixon is an Entrepreneur, Producer, and Director. Brittni attended California State University Northridge; she graduated with a B.A. in Cinema and Television Arts -Multimedia Production and earned a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Film & Television from Mount St. Mary's University. Brittni has worked for Networks such as CBS, NBC, and Fremantle Media. In recent years Brittni has worked as an. Independent Producer in the digital creator space working with various up and coming brands, stand up comedians, music artists, and content creators. She has developed and produced a range of content from podcasts, scripted series, a late night show, music videos, commercials, and short films. Brittni also specializes in product development from product concept, design, product roll out, vendor relations and more. Brittni is the CEO & Founder of Bobbie Miché; a Fragrance and beauty brand. Bobbie Miché is a beauty brand where self love and confidence is celebrated. Brittni's Journey began with a dream to create luxury fragrance oils for women. As an entrepreneur Brittni's drive has turned her love for fragrances into a growing beauty business. She has a strong desire to leave a legacy that honors her grandmother Bobbie Sue's positive influence by promoting self love and continuing to open doors for women of color in the beauty industry as founder.

Kei Renne

Kei'Renee, a beacon in production, authorship, and entrepreneurship, is celebrated as 'The Voice of First Generation Entrepreneurs.' An award-winning producer and bestselling author, she penned "Get Familiar with Failure to Succeed," a guide tailored for first-generation entrepreneurs. The book has sold over 1,500 copies, gaining traction online and in Los Angeles bookstores. Kei's expertise extends to event production, with collaborations with major brands like Cheezit, Estee Lauder, VH1, and Mac Cosmetics. Recently, she launched 20Nine Studio, a 24-hour rental hub for photographers, dancers, yoga instructors, and content creators, embodying her commitment to nurturing a community of innovative minds.

Sarai Henry

Some call her Sarai Joli , others call her Sarai Henry. She is setting out to be a Renaissance woman. She is originally from San Diego, California where many know her as a photographer but, she is limitless. On December 26th 2023, Sarai released her first self published poetry book titled: Bevrai , A piece of my truth . In this book she embraces her vulnerability, creativity and spirituality . Sarai also has a creative studio brand where she does photography ,graphic design, videography, and web design . Sarai graduated from Cal State Northridge with a Journalism degree in Fall 2018. She cannot be boxed into any labels because she is always seeking to grow and try or create new things. Her goal is create a safe place for artist of every kind to feel free & inspired to create whatever their heart desires!!
