Please note that the maximum mileage reimbursement rate has decreased to 

55 cents per mile 

effective January 1, 2009. (The IRS has made this adjustment in recognition to the recent decline of gasoline prices and the CSU has elected to adopt it.) 

The new rate is applicable for travel after January 1, 2009. Travel taken in 2009 will be reimbursed under the old rate.
