COVID-19 Vaccination Update for Employees Currently Working on Campus

Dear Colleagues:
We are excited to share with you that our partners at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health have informed us they are attempting to provide a number of COVID-19 vaccination appointments at the CSUN Vaccine Distribution Site exclusively for CSUN employees (including auxiliaries) this Friday, March 12, 2021.
We are reaching out to you, as our records show you have been assigned to physically work on campus and have completed the health screening survey. If you are interested in scheduling a COVID-19 vaccination appointment at the CSUN location this Friday, please complete the following link ASAP and no later than Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 10:00 A.M.

Thereafter, once the County gets back to us, we will e-mail you an access code with instructions which you will use to schedule your own appointment. At the time of your first appointment, you will be scheduled for your second vaccination. These appointments are only for CSUN employees. You will be required to provide employment verification at the time of your appointment. Please note this opportunity is currently only available for employees such as yourself, who are assigned to work on campus. We anticipate having additional opportunities available for the greater campus community soon. Additionally, should we receive a greater response than codes provided to us for March 12, 2021 we will maintain your record and automatically send you an access code for the next available date.
