You and your family should take time to understand what your costs will be so you can make informed choices when preparing for this next step in your education. Visit the Financial Aid & Scholarship Department website to explore resources and determine how they can assist with the cost of attendance.

For estimates on the cost of attending CSUN and the amount of grants and other financial aid that may be available to you, use the CSUN Net Price Calculator.

For the most up-to-date information regarding tuition and other fees, refer to the Student Finance website.

  • All students pay tuition and other mandatory fees, but out-of-state students also pay an additional nonresident tuition per unit.
  • You can enjoy reduced nonresident tuition rates if you are a resident of one of the member U.S. states or territories of the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education (WICHE). By participating in WICHE's Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program, students pay no more than 150 percent of CSUN’s resident tuition rate. Learn more at WUE at CSUN.
