The Pride Center supports lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex and asexual (LGBTQIA+) students, faculty and staff through programming and educational outreach to improve the campus climate for LGBTQIA+ individuals as well as advocate for the respect and safety of all members of the campus community.

Pride Center to Celebrate the Trans* Community During “Trans* Empowerment Week” at CSUN

The Pride Center of the University Student Union (USU) invites all Matadors to celebrate and support CSUN’s Trans* community during “Trans* Empowerment Week” from Tuesday, Nov. 12 to Thursday, Nov. 21.  With its weeklong series of fun community-building activities and educational workshops, this is an opportunity for CSUN students to help create a welcoming space with the Pride Center while making new friends and raising the visibility of transgender, gender-queer and gender non-conforming individuals.
