WHAT: The Pride Center of University Student Union (USU) is lending support to the LGBTQIA+ CSUN community with the LGBTQIA+ Peer Mentor Program! Students will find guidance on their personal and academic journey with their mentor throughout the semester, either virtually or in-person. By connecting with their peer mentors, students will feel empowered in embracing their identity and pursuing their goals.
WHO: Seychelles Mizel, Operations Supervisor, Pride Center, is the coordinator for this program.
WHEN:
Registration: Currently open until Tuesday, Jan. 31.
Mentorship Program: Monday, Feb. 13 to Monday, May, 1
WHERE: Virtually or in-person
WHY: Mentees will develop strong relationships with their mentors and deepen their connection with the LGBTQIA+ community and the Pride Center at CSUN.
