September 16, 2019

Northridge- The Pride Center of the University Student Union (USU) will be creating a safe space to bring visibility to bisexuality and all other non-monosexual identities during its Bi, Pan, Poly Power event on Tuesday, Sept. 24 from 5 to 7 p.m. All Matadors are invited to attend this educational, empowering and fun event located in the Pride center on the second floor of the Plaza del Sol.

“We are excited to be hosting an event like ‘Bi, Pan, Poly Power,’ that is truly focused on celebrating the diversity of sexual identities within the LGBTQIA+ community,” said Felix Villarreal, Pride Center Supervisor. “It is important to have an inclusive space to speak openly about the diversity and intersectionality of this community.”

At Bi, Pan, Poly Power, attendees will be able to connect with LGBTQIA+ activist and nationally-recognized psychologist Dr. Mimi Hoang. There will also be an opportunity to explore the spectrum of sexuality identities during an open panel discussion featuring CSUN students and alumni. Join the Pride Center in celebrating intersectionality within the LGBTQIA+ community and feel empowered in your identity!
