Guest Relations

In the interest of everyone's well-being and consistent with the goal of reducing opportunities for exposure to COVID-19, all in-person events and tours are cancelled until further notice. To learn more about the campus, you can take an online tour via the web or through the free CSUN app.

If you would like to speak to a preadmission counselor, you can schedule a 30- to 45-minute phone consultation by calling Student Outreach and Recruitment at (818) 677-2967, Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

You can find more information about COVID-19 campus planning, preparedness and prevention at csun.edu/COVID-19.

The Guest Relations and Campus Tours unit within Student Outreach and Recruitment (SOAR) is the first point of contact for many prospective CSUN students, parents and guardians, educational counselors and community members. To get a better feel for campus life at CSUN, we invite you to book a campus tour or request any of our publications. If you’re a current student, the University Ambassadors program is a great opportunity to get involved and learn more about CSUN while earning priority class registration.

Student services information desk

The student services information desk is staffed by current students who are ready to answer questions and facilitate directions for guests, students, faculty and staff. The desk is located on the first floor of Bayramian Hall directly in front of the high-traffic counters for Admissions and Records, Student Accounting and the Financial Aid & Scholarship Department. Please feel free to drop by.
