Student Outreach and Recruitment

Welcome to Student Outreach and Recruitment (SOAR) at California State University, Northridge, an academically competitive and globally recognized institution.

We provide outreach, recruitment and informational services primarily to secondary school and community college students. SOAR serves as the clearinghouse for all prospective student inquiries and is home to Guest Relations and Campus Tours, Student Marketing & Communications, the TRIO programs Upward Bound and Educational Talent Search, Community and Academic Partnerships and Testing.

CSUN will be conducting a virtual spring semester (with the exception of necessary face-to-face classes), and all in-person events and tours are canceled until further notice. Whether or not we're on campus, we are here to support you and will continue offering services remotely throughout the spring semester.
