Student Outreach and Recruitment

Welcome to Student Outreach and Recruitment (SOAR) at California State University, Northridge. Our department has reopened for in-person services, and we are excited to welcome you to CSUN.

We now offer in-person preadmissions appointments, family campus tours and testing. We’ll also continue to offer virtual services with preadmissions appointments, group tours, workshops, presentations and more.

Before coming to campus

For the health and safety of our guests, students and staff, all visitors must complete the Visitor Health Screening Survey before coming to campus.

In accordance with California State University and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, all CSUN visitors must practice social distancing and wear masks that properly cover their nose and mouth when indoors. Additionally, CSUN requires proof of vaccination for all visitors.
