What CSUN activities are you in? If you are not involved yet, what activities do you plan on joining if any?

I am in the Alliance for Women in Entertainment, and I hope to join the Filipino American Student Association as well.

What you like about CSUN?

The beautiful campus, resources and support that is available to students, and the chance to meet new people through clubs and my classes.

Why did you want to be intern?

I wanted to be an outreach intern because I truly enjoy helping people, and this role allows me to do that in a meaningful way. Connecting with students who are unfamiliar with college and may benefit from some guidance is important to me, since I know firsthand how intimidating it can feel with so much to learn and adjust to. Being an intern also gives me a chance to be more involved on campus and learn new skills from the professionals in outreach.

What are your future goals after graduation?

After graduation, I hope to get my master’s degree and become a Medical Illustrator, a career that combines my love of science and art. My main goal is to make an impact and inspire positive change in the world no matter where life takes me. I believe that working and learning at CSUN will provide me with the skills and knowledge I need to achieve success.
