The Oasis Wellness Center of the University Student Union offers all of the CSUN community the opportunity to connect to the virtual wellness resources and services that are available to you now. Join in our engaging workshops by signing up through MINDBODY and attending through Zoom to stay healthy and mindful!

Gain access to a variety of brand-new pre-recorded fitness and wellness videos every Friday featuring some of your favorite SRC fitness instructors. You can turn up the heat with some bodyweight workouts or cool it down with some slow movement exercises.

Taking positive steps to maintaining your overall wellness during this time is one of the best things you can do for yourself. These free one-on-one consultations with a certified wellness and health coach will help you enhance your holistic health and wellbeing. Our coaches will assist you in developing personal wellness plans, discuss ways to overcome personal barriers ad discover your inner strengths and motivations to help you achieve optimal wellbeing and a renewed focus on academics.

Oasis Wellness Center: Frequently Asked Questions

If I am a paying member of the Oasis Wellness Center, will I receive a refund?

All Tseng College Oasis Memberships purchased for the Spring 2020 semester will be refunded as more information becomes available. The refund will be a prorated amount calculated from the beginning of the facility closure through the remainder of the semester, which ends on Friday, May 22. Once a re-opening date is set, further details will be shared regarding service renewals.

If I am a CSUN student member of the Oasis Wellness Center, will I receive a refund?

In light of the evolving circumstances related to COVID-19, and to be consistent with campus refund policies and Title 5 regulations, the CSU has established a systemwide framework to guide local campus decisions concerning the refund of fees charged by the campus through the Interim CSU Refund Policies for Tuition and Fees. 

All campuses plan to continue for the foreseeable future to provide academic credit for courses taken and delivered by alternative means, therefore refunds of tuition and other campus mandatory fees are not warranted per the CSU refund policies for tuition and fees.
Tuition and other campus mandatory fees will not be refunded except as provided for by existing campus refund policies and procedures consistent with Title 5 CCR § 41802.

Where can I find information regarding the Klotz Student Health Center’s services that are hosted at Oasis Wellness Center services (Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, etc.)?

Until further notice, Massage Therapy and Acupuncture services are currently closed. For more information regarding all the services provided by Klotz, please visit their website.

Wellness Coaching telehealth sessions are being offered virtually through Zoom on Tuesdays (9 a.m. – 12 p.m.) and Wednesdays (1 – 4 p.m.). The Wellness Coach can assist with stress management, sleep improvement, mindfulness, time management, test anxiety reduction, healthy eating and physical activity. To schedule an appointment, please call 818-677-3666, and choose Option 1.
