A relaxed mind and body will help you thrive, so we’ve got a variety of amazing opportunities to help you focus on your wellness and manage the stresses of student life. From yoga and meditation to nutrition, art, and mental health workshops, we have something for everyone!
Our MINDBODY classes allow you to connect with our wonderful instructors and other Matadors, all from the comfort of home. We have classes available from morning to evening, Monday through Saturday, so visit our website to learn more and register for the one that’s right for you. Come discover on-demand videos and workshops that promote health, wellness and individuality from your computer or mobile device. There you’ll find calming drawing tutorials, yoga flows that you can follow at your own pace, Qigong sessions and more.
