“Nutritional Workshops” at the Oasis to Help Students Take Control of Their Health and Wellness

What:
The Oasis Wellness Center at the University Student Union invites all CSUN  students to attend its free workshop, “Why We Overeat AND What to Do About It” to learn the root cause of overeating and gain knowledge on how to stop. 

Who:
Tiffany Shanks, Wellness Center Manager, and Ellen Bauersfeld, RD, are responsible for coordinating this event.

When:
Thursday, Apr. 21 from 2 to 3 p.m. 

Where:
Oasis Wellness Center in the University Student Union

Why:
To help students manage the common problem of overeating in the rush and activity of college life.

Background:
Students can learn how they may have lost control of their eating habits and how  to break the bad habit of overeating at “Why We Overeat AND What to do About  It”.
