Paul Lewis Joins Charleston ahead of Season Opener

Transferring to California State University, Northridge in 2019, Lewis made 11 starts in 13 appearances for the Matadors, finishing with 45 saves and a 1.78 goals-against average. His saves and goals-against average were good for seventh and ninth-best in the Big West, respectively. Lewis' season was highlighted by a 10 save effort against UC Irvine in a 1-0 win, picking up his fifth win of the year. Lewis contributed to the team's four clean sheets over the course of the season. -- Our Sports Central

Mingei Brings The World To Coronado

In conjunction with the exhibition, Dr. Peri Klemm, professor of art history at California State University, Northridge, will present an illustrated lecture on the arts of the Yoruba people from southeastern Nigeria and Benin, with a specific focus on the beaded crowns on display in the library. The talk will take place at on Tuesday, March 31, at 1 p.m. in the Winn Room. Afterward, Dr. Klemm will tour the specific objects in the main hall for the benefit of guests. -- Coronado Eagle & Journal
