Constitution Day 2018 at CSUN

Celebrate Constitution Day at CSUN Sept. 15 with a presentation on War Clauses in the Constitution. History professor James Sefton and political science professor John Evans of Augsburg University in Minneapolis lead the talk. They'll discuss tensions between Presidential and Congressional authority related to military action.  The Tseng College hosts this annual event, which focuses on a different aspect of the Constitution each year. The public is invited to attend, ask questions and give input. The presentation is free and includes continental breakfast.
