CSUN Track & Field’s Trey Knight rallied to earn silver in the hammer throw at the 2025 Toyota USA Track & Field Outdoor Championships on Thursday at Hayward Field. Knight qualified for the world championships with a personal-best throw on his final attempt of the competition. A native of Ridgefield, Wash., Knight launched a new PR of 78.76m (258-5), which vaulted him into second place in the event.
