Adrienne Kinsella is an artist and educator working in the Los Angeles area. She received her MFA with distinction in spring of 2021 from California State University Northridge, with an emphasis in Illustration for Exhibition. Her work focuses on themes of belonging, and the relationship between interior and exterior, whether depicting physical spaces or implying internal landscapes; she utilizes both drawing and painting to realize her subject matter.
Kinsella has exhibited within the Los Angeles area, and worked as an artists’ assistant on various local projects, including Made In LA, 2018. She has been recognized by the New York Society of Illustrators, American Illustration and 3 x 3 Magazine; as well as working professionally as an illustrator.
