LA Valley College: It worked for this columnist in the ’60s — and it still works

I took every journalism class Valley had to offer, wrote for the student paper as often as I could before going to work and finished up my degree at CSUN. I got my first job as a reporter at the Glendale News Press in 1971, and 50 years later, I’m still delivering the words once a week.
