In preparation for his career in law, Mr. Lovich first earned a Bachelor of Arts, with Honors, in Political Science, from California State University, Northridge, in 1980. He went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate at Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1983. Mr. Lovich is admitted to practice in the State of California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
