Chief Henshaw holds a Master of Science degree in Emergency Services Administration from Cal State Long Beach, as well as a Master of Public Administration from Cal State Northridge. He currently serves as state board member for the California Peace Officers' Association (CPOA) and previously served as the Region Chair for the organization's Los Angeles County chapter.
