Pat graduated from Coventry High and attended Ohio University. In 1955, at age 20, she and a girlfriend left home to attend Mexico City College. In Spanish class she met Stan Larson from California, whom she later married in 1958 and started a family with, building a marriage that lasted nearly 60 years. The family found their home in the beach communities of the Los Angeles area, eventually settling in beautiful Topanga Canyon. While raising a family, Patricia returned to college, receiving her degree in art cum laude at California State University Northridge in 1974. In the late ’80s Pat and Stan moved to Arcata, California where they spent more than 20 years before their final move to Talent, Ore.
