Simi Valley names permanent police chief

Livingstone holds his bachelor's and master's degrees from CSU Northridge. He is currently working on his doctorate at UC San Diego. He is a member of the Simi Valley Police Foundation board of directors, the Rotary Club of Simi Valley and the Kiwanis Club of Simi Valley.
