Obama was in his first term in 2009 when Nancy Landa was deported to Mexico at age 29 after living in California for 20 years. She had served as student body president at California State University, Northridge and graduated with a business degree from there. She and her family were ordered deported after an unscrupulous immigration consultant filed an asylum application on the family’s behalf.
