Through the efforts of the National Center on Deafness (NCOD), CSUN has emerged as a national leader in providing quality education to deaf and hard-of-hearing students in a mainstream university environment.
Our model of integrating students into regular university classes by providing services through the NCOD has been duplicated by countless other schools throughout the United States and internationally.
By providing students with the support they need to achieve academic and cocurricular success at CSUN, the NCOD helps build the foundation for future successes in the world beyond school.
