Part-time Faculty
The application period for the Journalism Department's 2026-2027 part-time faculty pool is now open.
Application Process
Applicants must submit a cover letter and current resume to the email addresses in the section below. The cover letter should designate specific course numbers the applicant is interested in teaching and times available for teaching assignments. Please refer to the Part-time Faculty announcement for course numbers and descriptions.
The resume should include educational background, prior teaching experience (specifying in-person and/or online), related professional experience, and evidence of scholarship. In later phases of the search process, applicants may be requested to provide verification of terminal degrees, licenses, and certificates.
