Communication Studies - Option 1
Effective: Fall 2018
Sample 4-year Academic Plan: w/GE Plan R

The following guide is intended to promote an understanding of the course requirements necessary to complete a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communication Studies – Option 1. This guide is only a sample and represents only one of many possible ways a student could select courses to complete General Education, Title V, and Major requirements and units. It is not intended to replace advisement and should be used in conjunction with both the university catalog and the semester Schedule of Classes. Students in Communication Studies are strongly recommended to meet with their departmental adviser each semester for formal advisement and must register in only those major courses their Communication Studies adviser has recommended. Course selection and registration are always subject to availability, pre-requisite completion, and advisement considerations. Be aware that the number of University Electives a student must complete will vary for each student based on course selection, transfer work and AP credit. Note: Highlight each course when you have completed the requirement.
