The mission of Charge Matadors is to promote the success, self-reflection, and motivation of students who are new to leadership at CSUN throughout the year. This program is designed to enhance your leadership skills through a series of different workshops. You have the option of attending virtual, in-person, or both.
A variety of workshops, campus events, and leadership materials will be highlighted for you to embrace the academic, social, and cultural environments of the university and beyond. The Charge program should help you feel emboldened to take on future leadership roles, increase your capacity for learning in the classroom, and ultimately become global citizens who will contribute to your respective communities.
Virtual Workshops
*You do not have to complete the entire workshop series in one sitting. MataSync will save your progress as you move through the form.*
- Self-Exploration - In this workshop, we hope to improve self-awareness through exploration of strengths and weaknesses by completing reflection questions and taking a personality test. Using the results from the personality test, we challenge students to begin to evaluate how they can use their strengths to contribute to the CSUN campus community.
