Pumpkin Pie Dip


1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 (14 ounce) nonfat Greek yogurt
apple slices or graham crackers


1.Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla, and spices.
2.Lightly fold in yogurt.
3.Chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.
