Fashion Show CSUN Trends

CSUN Trends: Fashion Design and Merchandising student organization presents the 45th annual fashion show. Fashion Imprint, Designers Leave a Trance. Tickets are sold at the Associated Student Box Office, $15 for CSUN students and $20 General Admission. Doors open at 5:15 PM and show starts at 6:00 pm, at the University Student Union Northridge Center on the CSUN campus. Read more

A two week course that covers the basics of organic and regenerative vegetable gardening! Open to current CSUN Students, Faculty, and Staff! On Mondays, April 29th and May 6th in person at the MMC Wellness Garden from 9:30 am-12:00pm. This training is made possible by the CSUN campus quality fee grant through the Marilyn Magaram Center for Food Science, Nutrition, and Dietetics.  Read more

Demystifying Diets - Plant-Based Diet

In this workshop, participants will learn how to investigate and interpret evidence-based research on the plant-based as it relates to cancer.

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and staff will discuss the latest evidence-based research on the benefits of following a plant-based diet, demystify the differences between plant-based, vegan, vegetarian, among others with their impact on cancer and health. We will go over how to grow your own fruits highlighting citrus, and recipes to incorporate into your diet. Read more
