Virtual National Food Policy Series: October 15, 2:00pm - 3:35pm ET

COVID-19 has disproportionately affected low-income consumers and communities of color. To what extent is the food system to blame? In this Virtual National Food Policy Conference series event, experts will discuss the overlap of populations most affected by diet-related disease and COVID-19, the impact of diet-related disease on COVID-19 patient outcomes, the food system’s role in making some populations more vulnerable to COVID-19, and what kinds of food system reforms are most needed to improve public health.
