Kacy Grossman, MS, RD, CPT  

Kacy Grossman, MS, RD, CPT is the West Coast Supervisor of Outpatient Dietary Services at Center For Discovery, an eating disorder treatment facility. Kacy also maintains a private practice, The Shameless Eater, in Westwood, Ca. Kacy Grossman earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition and minor in Psychology from the University of California, Davis and went on to earn her Master’s of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences, Nutrition from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She also completed her Dietetic Internship at CSUN! To complement her education in nutrition, Kacy obtained a certificate in personal training from the American Council on Exercise.

 

Medical nutrition therapy is a holistic and therapeutic method for treating medical conditions, in this case eating disorders. This is done by a Registered Dietitian formulating customized diets and meal plans. This is open to any individual who is interested in learning the basics of medical nutrition therapy in conjunction with eating disorders.
