Have you wondered how many calories your body needs each day? Many fitness apps automatically calculate your calorie needs, but how do you know if this is the most accurate number? Join our virtual class that discusses different ways to calculate your body's individual calorie and nutrition needs. In this class, it will be helpful if you know your height and weight as we will be discussing different calculations that you can follow along at home. Questions are welcome throughout the class!
