Stephan D. Schuster has over 40 years of experience as an organizational consultant, university professor of management, and corporate executive. After receiving his BA in Psychology from Duke University, he earned a Masters degree at the University of Florida and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Texas. Dr. Schuster has been a human resources executive at Atlantic Richfield Co. and Capitol-EMI Music. He is Faculty Emeritus at California State University, Northridge and teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in management and human resource management at several universities including California State University, Northridge, Claremont Graduate University, and the American Jewish University. In the consulting arena, he was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s Consulting Group, and has extensive experience as an independent consultant, blending his business and psychology backgrounds to help enhance organizational and managerial performance. In addition to organizational consulting, he is a management and leadership coach having worked with such diverse organizations as high-tech start-ups, Los Angeles Police Department, family owned small businesses, and several major entertainment companies.
