Biography
Akanksha Bedi is an Assistant Professor of Management at California State University, Northridge. Prior to joining CSUN, she was an Assistant Professor of Human Resources at Bishop's University in Quebec, Canada. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from McMaster University, Canada. Her research investigates the causes and effects of dysfunctional work behaviors. Current research projects include investigations of customer incivility and customer directed revenge behaviors, harassment at work, and work related stress and emotions. Her research has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Learning and Education, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Stress and Health.
