Natalie Mason-Kinsey has served as CSUN’s Chief Diversity Officer since May 2018. Prior to joining CSUN, Mrs. Mason-Kinsey served as the Chief Officer for Equal Employment Opportunity for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Bus Company, New York City. She is also very familiar with the public higher education environment, having spent over 12 years working for The City University of New York at Eugenio Maria de Hostos Community College, City College and Brooklyn College in the area of Inclusive Excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
