The recruitment process is a critical time to ensure our candidates demonstrate the values and prioritize the role of leadership in their work for the university.
Our job posting template has been updated to incorporate the leadership principles into the job responsibilities and experience sections. This will demonstrate to candidates that these are critical components to any Administrator position on campus.
Additionally, the following interview questions can be integrated into the interview process as a way to see if candidates model our leadership principles. The interview questions are intended to be tools that can be used and each hiring manager/search committee can select those that they like from the list.
