What is the SSH server?
The SSH server (ssh.csun.edu) provides students & faculty with secure shell read/write access to the campus WebDrive environment, accessible only via SSH CLI or SSH clients for Windows and Mac. All other content should be stored in myCSUNbox.
Once connected, students and faculty may also access a variety of compilers on the SSH server (as noted below) to complete course assignments across select disciplines.
How Much Storage Is Available To Me?
There is a 50MB limit on the SSH server.
How do I access CSUN's SSH server?
Use your preferred SSH client and connect to ssh.csun.edu on port 22. To authenticate, use your CSUN user ID and password.
