"According to Deloitte's 2014 Millennial Survey, most Millennials expressed desires that seem to run counter to the conventions of 'traditional' business. For instance, 78% of Millennials cited innovation as a key motivating factor when applying for a position within a company, but most Millennials reported that their current employer failed to promote creative thinking.
