Before the Northridge Apple Store was open to the public and buzzing with curious customers and techies, CSUN faculty and staff were exploring Apple's latest products and apps. The event was hosted by Apple as an informational gathering for Apple and CSUN.
With new apps and devices, Apple store staff and experts visited with faculty and staff about their technology needs at CSUN. Several attendees were recent faculty graduates of the summer eLearning Institutes and current myCSUNtablet faculty participants. Fresh out of the institutes, the faculty embraced the opportunity to spend time at the Apple store testing and inquiring about the latest Mac and iOS products. With several Faculty Technology Center staff supporting the event, faculty were able to focus on seeing how Apple's products can be useful to students in and out of the classroom.
