When your Apple iOS mobile device(iPhone, iPad, etc.)is setup to send and receive your CSUN email, you need to update the password on your Apple mobile device each time you update your CSUN user ID and password.
iPhone, iPod and iPad
- From the Settings icon, select the Mail, Contacts, Calendars option.
- In the Accounts window, select your CSUN mail account. (If not renamed, it will say Exchange).
- In the Exchange window, select the Account button.
- In the Account window update your password in the Password field.
- Select the Done button to finish the password update.
