Use these instructions to access CSUN email after the upgrade to Office 365.
- Select Settings.
- Select email + accounts.
- Select your CSUN account.
- A message displays, “There is a problem with the way echangeweb.csun.edu is set up…” Select the Close button to close the message window.
- Select sync settings.
- In the Server field, enter m.outlook.com.
- Enter your password.
- Select the Save button to save changes.
Note: If the email account does not sync after making these changes, return to settings, select download.
