Join the 2014-15 CSUN Shine from Within Program!

The CSUN Shine from Within Program is a 9-month cohort program for staff. Its main goal is to develop professional skills, build a sense of connection and community with other parts of the campus, broaden the understanding and knowledge about the university and of other divisions, and invest staff more deeply in the mission of the university and its planning priorities.

The goal is a program that engages and benefits participants in a more long-term and substantive manner. The program also engages the support and involvement of supervisors in the professional development of their employees who participate.

President Dianne F. Harrison recently announced the program in an email to the campus community.
