CSUN Shine From Within

Shine a Light

CSUN Shine From Within ImageThe CSUN Shine from Within Program is an opportunity for highly motivated university staff — with the support of their supervisors — to participate in a cross-divisional development cohort program. The program was developed as part of the university priority that focuses on employee success and was announced by President Dianne Harrison at the Staff Service Awards in Spring 2014 and her Convocation and Welcome Back address on August 21, 2014.

The program's main goals are to help selected staff develop core competencies, develop a sense of connection and community with other units across campus, broaden understanding and knowledge about the university and other divisions, and invest participants more deeply in the mission of the university and its planning priorities.
