IQS was founded in 1916 and includes two schools: The School of Management and the School of Engineering. IQS School of Management welcomes around 550 students. Ranked first in Spain for private universities, IQS is located in Barcelona which enables easy access to France and to the rest of Europe.

Academic Information

Language of instruction: English

Credit toward degree: Students will earn TRANSFER credit toward their CSUN degree. It is important that students meet with their academic department to review course equivalencies prior to exchange.

These itineraries cover a large scope of topics with an emphasis on International trade, Finance, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
Students must choose a minimum of 24 ECTS for each semester.

Credit and Grading System:
Grading system: Grading scale goes from 0 to 10 with the following breakdown:
0 to 4.9 Fail
5 to 6.9 Satisfactory
7 to 8.9 Good
9 to 10 Excellent

Credits (per semester):
Around 40 ECTS (15 US Units) for Fall
Around 37-38 ECTS (14 US Units) for Spring

Requirements and Application Information

  • GPA: Have a cumulative overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be a CSUN undergraduate student with a business or economics major at the time of application.
  • Level of Study: Junior or Senior

Additional Requirements:
Students must also have completed all lower division requirements and BUS 302 AND BUS 302L with a grade of CR.
