Meet the Author: Saba Soomekh
Iranian-born American author and activist, Dr. Saba Soomekh, PhD, will be discussing her book From the Shahs to Los Angeles: Three Generations of Iranian Jewish Women between Religion and Culture. Dr. Soomekh will discuss her research and writing experiences. She will also discuss the thoughts that she had after completing her research about what still needs to be learned. The class welcomes community members to come sit in on this conversation.
