Carolina Fuentes is a Salvadoran award-winning radio and television journalist spanning a lengthy career with PBS Radio Bilingüe and Univision.  She is twice winner of the Golden Apple Media Award, granted by the California School Boards Foundation.  She was nominated for an Emmy for her investigative report about INS abuses against undocumented immigrants in Texas.  Our Right to Sing examines the role of music in the resistance movement of El Salvador.
