The 25-member Board of Trustees (BOT) adopts regulations and policies governing the entire CSU system. Board committees have authority over educational policy, finance, campus planning, and facilities, among other areas.
The CSU Board of Trustees meetings are broadcast live to the public. The BOT meets six times per year.
Fall 2020 meetings will take place on September 22-23, 2020, and November 17-18, 2020.
